SECTION 21- RETURN/REFUND 
Twisted Dough has a NO return, NO money back guarantee policy. This is a STRICT policy and you authorizing payment through our portal will say YOU alone are approving to try this product. Twisted Dough will not accept returns and issue refunds due to a change of mind or not liking the flavor/texture of the product. Should anything be damaged or incorrect in your order please refer to our damage item and incorrect order in our FAQ and email our customer service at justdoughit@twisteddough.shop

SECTION 22- SHIPPING POLICY
We make fresh batches each daily, and begin production immediately after receiving orders. Due to the volume of our orders, as well as the ever-changing nature of the shipping industry, we adjust our timeframe for shipping accordingly. We aim to have your order shipped out within a week of order, and we ship via UPS. Shipping schedule below. We pack our orders in batches, so you will receive an email from us with your tracking number, but your order will not leave the facility for a few days after you receive your tracking number. Production and fulfillment time is 7-10 days depending on the type of shipping you chose at checkout to deliver to your door. If you need anything please give us a call 870-272-8200

SECTION 23- CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to our nature of our processing and shipping schedule we do not offer purchase cancellations as we have a 2-step process online asking if you are ready for purchase. Choosing to go through another app for payment does not make this void: Shop, Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp


SECTION 24- COUPON CODES
Due to using a third party payment processing system, once your order has been submitted, we are unable to apply discount codes, and/or refund the difference in the cost. Please make sure to add your discount codes at checkout.
