Strawberry Cheesecake Blondies

Blondies made with Strawberry Cheesecake dough

Happy Monday!
Here to bless your timeline with these Strawberry Cheesecake Blondies!

1/2c Light butter (I used knock off cant believe it’s not butter)
1c Coconut Sugar
3/4c @swervesweetie sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1c @allamericannutritionco All Purpose Mix (KILMER saves ya money!)
1/2c @pamcakespancakes Confetti Pancake Mix (KILMER saves ya money here too!)
2.5 ounces @twistedcookiedoughStrawberry Cheesecake Dough (Save Dough on the Dough with KILMER)

Preheat oven to 350°
Mix butter and sugars until grainy.
Add egg and extract, mix until smooth. 
Add dry mixes slowly until combined.
Pour batter into a greased 9x9 pan.
Split apart cookie dough, drop and spread throughout batter.
Bake 20-30 minutes
