Pistachio Caramel Nougat Mug Cake

Happy Memorial Day 💙❤️🎊 didn’t make another patriotic cake but I did make a pistachio frosted chocolate chip mugcake 🤗 #pistachiolove hope everyone had a great weekend! I know I rested, baked and rejuvenated 😅...recipe below! ....
✨1/2 scoop frosted cookie @bowmar_nutrition Protein powder .
✨3 tbsp cassava flour .
✨1 tbsp coconut flour .
✨1 egg .
✨2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce .
✨1/2 tsp vanilla .
✨1/2 tsp baking powder .
✨1 tbsp truvia sugar baking blend .
✨chocolate chunks or chocolate chips I used 1 tbsp .
✨mix together all the ingredients and microwave in a mug for 1-2 minutes...
✨frosting: 1 tbsp sugar free pistachio pudding mix + 1 tbsp @allamericannutritionco cheesecake icing + 1/4 cup greek yogurt + 1/3 cup milk + 1 tbsp @vitafiberimo syrup ...
✨top: @twistedcookiedough caramel nought cookie dough + @official_allamericanbutter almond butter + @servivita_usa syrup!
