“High Protein Snickerdoodle Cookies”
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Twisted Dough Snickerdoodle
- 1/8 large egg
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
- 2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine:
- Twisted Dough
- egg
- Greek yogurt
- cottage cheese
- baking soda
- almond flour
- Mix until a soft cookie dough forms.
- In a separate bowl, combine cinnamon and sweetener.
- Roll dough into small cookie balls and coat in cinnamon mixture.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 7 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool slightly before serving.

Makes approximately 21–24 mini cookies.
