“High Protein Snickerdoodle Cookies”

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Twisted Dough Snickerdoodle
  • 1/8 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour

Cinnamon Sugar Coating

  • 2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine:
    • Twisted Dough
    • egg
    • Greek yogurt
    • cottage cheese
    • baking soda
    • almond flour
  3. Mix until a soft cookie dough forms.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine cinnamon and sweetener.
  5. Roll dough into small cookie balls and coat in cinnamon mixture.
  6. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 7 minutes.
  8. Allow cookies to cool slightly before serving.

Yield

Makes approximately 21–24 mini cookies.
