How long does shipping take?
During summer months (June-August), we use UPS 2-day air ONLY to protect your product and Monday-Wednesday. So any orders placed Wednesday after 5pm will go out the FOLLOWING Monday. We do take 2-3 business working days (Mon-Wed- longer shifts, less days) to pick and pack your order, so if you want your order shipped ahead of the hundreds we do daily, you will need to choose VIP ($17.99 to be moved ahead of the line-- we still ONLY ship Mon-Wed) But for ex: If you choose VIP thursday and we come in Monday with 2k orders, you are moved AHEAD of all these orders to ship then same day! ALL ORDERS WILL ARRIVE HOT, SIMPLY PLACE IN FRIDGE. Carrier Services do not carry heat and air so in summer its HOT and winter PURE frozen. 

Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. — 

Why is shipping so expensive?
We know — it’s frustrating. We don’t mark up shipping and only charge what UPS charges us. This is paying some salary to deliver your package from Arkansas across the world so if you look at it that way in gas, its actually VERY reasonable. 

Does Twisted Dough need to be refrigerated?
Yes! Our dough is made fresh and must be refrigerated UPON arrival. Yes it arrives the temperature outside, normal, this is normal! 

Storage: After arrival and placed in fridge
1) Fridge= 30 days
2)Freezer= 1 year

How much protein is in each jar?
All jars have nutritional info. The ounce amount declared on front is JUST the plastics size of the actual jar, not product consumed. Your product consumed is your serving size in your nutritional panel on the back. It is ALL weighed and reminder that product in thawed, fridge or frozen state can vary on a few grams of weight. 

Is it keto or low-carb?
Twisted Dough is low in sugar and higher in protein. While it’s not certified keto, many keto-conscious consumers love it.

Is it keto or gluten free?
Twisted Dough is gluten free and higher in protein. We will claim when a product is not gluten free but also encourage you to read the ingredients before purchase. We will be gluten free certified this year! 

What allergens should I be aware of?
A: Flavors may contain peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, soy, or dairy. Each jar is clearly labeled with allergen info. Dairy is our base allergen as our high protein is Whey, made from dairy. 

How do you prevent cross-contamination?
A: We follow strict allergen protocols with color-coded tools and separate storage areas. Ask our team if you need guidance before ordering.

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Due to food safety, we do not accept returns, but if there’s an issue with your order, reach out — we’ll make it right! We do not return based on food preference. 

My product arrived warm. What now?
This is NORMAL. If something happened during the warm transit like longer delivery time, we’ll replace it one time without insurance and we will encourage you to have on the next or for any damages or to long transit time.
